Our responsibility first and foremost is to maintain and support the technology our clients use everyday. But Sequoya is also active in planning new computer and network solutions for the future. As part our managed service clients’ account management, Sequoya provides regular assessments of their existing infrastructure, and schedules annual budgeting and planning sessions with a three year technology forecast. This gives us the opportunity to review the long term goals and needs of our clients, and to anticipate the cost of hardware replacements, software licensing, and any other major projects down the line so our clients can budget for them.
Sequoya manages the projects for hardware replacement from the initial planning stages until their conclusion. We quote hardware replacement projects as a fixed price, and as a courtesy to our managed service clients we will recycle their old hardware, including the destruction of hard drives to protect their data.
