Sequoya is more than just help desk. We see our responsibility as being a partner to your business, and that means working for you until an issue is resolved. Sequoya documents the third party vendors and service providers that our clients depend on. If resolving an email hosting issue, an internet outage, or software problem require engaging the support of a third party, Sequoya is here to manage that process to its conclusion. We will never leave a client to track down a solution on their own.

Additionally, if our managed service clients are unhappy with a current provider, as part of our account management relationship Sequoya will research and recommend new solutions. If you need a new phone system, internet provider, or CRM software, Sequoya will scope your business’s requirement and provide guidance for its implementation.
